I can’t say enough about this house & Manny as a host. I booked the house to use with colleagues during a work conference downtown. The house is really amazing. It’s very spacious and has everything provided. My coworkers were impressed and all slept well. It was clean and gave everyone privacy. The outside fire pit & hot tub are nice additions. The decor was really unique and eclectic. We were made aware of Hurricane Helene and the potential damage it could bring but we didn’t worry (I grew up in Florida so this wasn’t my first hurricane.) Manny, however, had flashlights and batteries delivered to the house in case we needed them. It turns out we under reacted and should have evacuated. We lost power and had no water because of the storm. We were stuck in Asheville for an additional night to which his only concern was our safety. We also found candles and a lighter to use for additional light. I think Manny really cares about his guests and his home and it shows.
