Manny and Daisha were great! They responded quickly to questions and made our stay very comfortable. We were on a trip to the area to find a house to live in and now are moving to Salem.
As noted previously in reviews, the neighbor is totally picky on anyone using the driveway (which is the only way you can get to the house.) 
we had our dog with us, and one time I forgot the poop bags, and went to the house to get them. b
It took me about 1 minute to get back to the house and back to where he had pooped. The neighbor was already texting Daisha about my dog pooping on her driveway. 
This is not the airbnb's fault, just a nasty neighbor.

This house had many very positive features. The neighborhood was very quiet and I really enjoyed the pool, which has a very sunny exposure yet with a great privacy fence.   Everything was in good working order.  I also liked the overall open layout.   Just wish the weather was more cooperative! But that’s always the luck of the draw in Florida in January.

We came to Swannanoa to help with Hurricane Relief Work.  I didn’t realize the house was on a hillside with a very steep shared driveway.  The other houses are close by, but it was a quiet neighborhood.  It was a nice stay.  We were happy to have a warm house to come back to each night.  Praying more people will come to help the region!

Just to clarify the driveway is not shared, it's a stand-alone home that has its own driveway, which is a little steep but is completely paved. Perhaps you meant the road leading to home, which is curvy and  steepish since its on bottom of mountain. Glad you all had a great stay, hope to host you again in the future!

Great hosts and close enough to Asheville to get there without much hassle. Very accommodating - overall, a great trip.

Home was very spacious and for our family well. Beds were very comfy!  Good location to Black mountain and Asheville. Owners very responsiveness to requests. Would recommend place. Swannanoa was still very devastated from hurricane though

This was a great place for our family to stay while visiting for Christmas.  House has a lot of personally and the yard us amazing.  The weather was pretty stormy as expected in Dec but the covered porch and outdoor seating were still nice. Wonderful dog or kid yard because it is fully fenced and pretty usable even with all the rain. Plenty of space, comfy beds, solid kitchen.

Moment you enter the property, you get the feeling of coziness. It is beautifully decorated home with unique mix of modern and traditional interior. Great thing about this property it has parking and kitchen area on both the floors which makes the stay comfortable at both levels. Kids really had lots of fun at bunk bed space. It’s a very cozy little area of home.We felt safe in neighborhood and lots of restaurants options near by.Manny is great host who is very responsive to the queries and resolved some of the issues in no time. Highly recommended this place if you are visiting Asheville and near by places.

We stayed at Manny’s home over Christmas for our small family gathering while our home is being remodeled. It was clean & spacious & worked great for our Christmas activities such as baking cookies, etc. The grandkids loved the tepee & a place to spread out & play. We would certainly rent again if the need should arise.

Book this airbnb for my husband and my children for my children bday I was not there I had to attend a work trip but my family loved the house and especially the pool. The host was very friendly and very responsive if I need anything. Even if I didn’t reach out first they would reach out to let me know they was there if needed. Would def book again so I can experience it with my family.

It’s a beautiful home. The cleaning could have been better not that it was bad but could have been better. 
The neighbors in the front are rude and complain even about small things. You must use their drive way to get to the back where the Airbnb is otherwise stay on your side or they complain. We enjoyed our stay otherwise and communication was great. Would stay again but beware of neighbors in the front. We were warned but wow. Maybe they had a bad experience once. We prayed for the neighbors 🙏🙏

We loved the fire pit & hot tub but nothing beat the sunrise views while rocking in the nice rockers on the front porch! Coffee with the beautiful sunrise Mountain Views  and a blanket made for great memories. We appreciated having the wood for the fire out in the backyard, neatly housed. We had a wonderful weekend and so happy to support the local area that was devastated by the hurricane. It’s worth the visit to this beautiful small town! Wish we could have helped more but seeing the businesses back up and running and community together made us happy we picked this town to stay in. Thanks for being wonderful hosts and for a gorgeous comfy home for us to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation and hour away. So happy with this pick!!

Everything was just as described, check-in was super easy, the home was spotless and included all the amenities that were listed. Located in quiet SE Cape Coral neighborhood, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home is your perfect relaxing getaway. Minutes from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 14 miles from Fort Myers beach. Great home to hang out in and enjoy the beautiful refreshing saltwater pool and tropical backyard. Enough room for up to 9 guests!

One room with king size bed and own full bathroom (shower only). One room with queen bed. One room with twin/full bunk beds. Shared full bathroom (includes bathtub). Pull out couch in backroom.

Private salt water pool - Pool is heated but it is not a hot tub, please know that if the temperature outside is cold the pool may still feel cold even when set to temp due to outside air, especially if temps drop below 50 degree.

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in Manny und Daishas Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation war sehr fruendlich und unkompliziert. So war es zum Beispiel überhaupt kein Problem die Temperatur des Pools etwas wärmer zu stellen. 
Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber durch die moderne Einrichtung total wett gemacht wurde. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

It was a nice and quiet neighborbood.  It was a beautifully kept property.  The pool was beautiful, especially at night.  We went on a chilly weekend and were not able to use the pool for it half the visit because the pool heat was not turned on and left on to accomadate for the cold. Overall wonderful place to stay and would definitely return!

We stayed for a week a had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed the pool and toys. The dogs loved the yard. My husband and I were thankful there was all we needed and more to cook and grill. Homeowners have thought of everything guests might need and even provide dishes inside and out for our dogs, toys and a brush for them too. The house got cold at night which was perfect. The neighborhood felt safe. We went trick or treating and got buckets of candy from the neighbors and the church nearby. There is a gas station within walking distance too with friendly employees. We really enjoyed the home and visiting Cape Coral.
