Great views with an outdoor space to get the most out of the mountain air with a great fire pit built out of natural stone and hot tub to soak in.
Fully furnished top and bottom levels with washer and dryers on both levels. Separate full kitchens on both the top and bottom levels with oven, microwave, dishwasher, to make the perfect space to share and celebrate with friends or family while having your own private space when needed. Two dining rooms and two living rooms.
Access from the top level or bottom level with no stairs. Stairs only needed to travel from top or bottom level inside house.

Located in a quiet mountain community- other homes near by. Permanent residence and a couple short term rentals.
We are on a private road with other houses and share the mountain with a family of black bears 🐻 so please re secure the bins when putting out trash. Parking is limited to 3 cars with an additional spot for a 4th car down the hill.View More

Very nice, there were details in the cleaning of the house nothing that has no solution, but I am somewhat demanding with cleaning.
Very good option.Show more House was exactly like the pictures, warm and inviting. Beautifully decorated and modern with still a natural feel. The location felt safe with friendly quiet surroundings. We were able to navigate the driveway with our XL SUV with no problem. Would definitely recommend!Show more Manny was a great host and we enjoyed our stay. We were working on hurricane relief and the place was perfect for what we were doing. The living spaces were clean, comfortable and tidy. The kitchens were nice. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Overall was a great stay and we highly recommend the place and host.Show more Our group stayed in Swannanoa to do some relief work after Hurricane Helene. The location was ideal for our task. Maybe not the best location for a vacation though.
The units were clean enough however we had a few (livable) issues but Manny quickly responded after our trip.
I would stay here again if the situation arises.
