No Parties, no more then 3 vehicles, quiet time after 10pm, no walking or loitering on private driveway, and only guest reservation are allowed at property. This home is located in a residential neighborhood, other homes are close by, please be respectful of neighbors privacy and property. Weapons are not allowed on property. If you have a pet please ensure they use the restroom in our yard, not the neighbors. Please pick up after pet. Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate. Please do not move decor and if you move furniture please put back where originally found prior to check out. Please take trash out to garbage bins located at the front of the drive way- bin are labeled for trash, recycling, and lawn trimmings. Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges. Any cancellations will be refunded per our policy minus platform fees of 4%
